FLARE is an enrichment program for Central High School ESOL students. It provides an opportunity for the students to improve leadership, academic, social and technology skills. These skills, reinforced in the program, will give the students an opportunity to achieve academic and later professional growth. The services provided are supplemental educational opportunities designed to increase the academic performance of students. The FLARE program is a high quality, research based model, and was specifically designed to increase students' academic achievement. |
